1. How Uploaded EPD Files Are Handled

Uploaded EPD documents (PDF, Excel, CSV, Word, or images) are processed solely to extract environmental indicator tables, run EN 15804+A2 / ÖKOBAUDAT v3.8.0 validation checks, and compile your requested ILCD+EPD .zip and Environdec .xlsx packages. We do not sell, publish, or share your uploaded declarations with third parties.

2. Payment Processing

Checkout and payment processing are handled by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. We do not collect or store your full credit card or payment instrument details on EPDXML servers.

3. Minimal Technical Logs & Your Rights

We log basic request metadata (such as HTTP status and country header) to maintain service reliability. Under the Australian Privacy Act and GDPR/UK GDPR, you may request access to or deletion of any personal data associated with your inquiries at hello@epdxml.com.
