1. Service Description

EPDXML provides automated software tools for extracting, validating, and packaging Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) in accordance with EN 15804+A2, ILCD+EPD v1.2/v1.3 XML, International EPD System (Environdec) Excel workbooks, and ÖKOBAUDAT v3.8.0 validation rules.

2. Merchant of Record & Billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns and applicable sales tax / VAT / GST invoicing.

3. Pricing & Digital Delivery

Validation and full interactive table inspection are free of charge in the browser. Downloading compiled registry packages (ILCD+EPD .zip and/or Environdec .xlsx) is priced at $100.00 USD per EPD conversion (one-time payment), delivered immediately in the browser upon checkout completion.

4. Customer Responsibilities & Verification

EPDXML is a data formatting, conversion, and mathematical validation tool. It does not replace independent third-party LCA verification under ISO 14025 or EN 15804+A2. Users remain responsible for the underlying LCA study accuracy and final submission to program operators.
