Refund Policy

Merchant of Record: All purchases on epdxml.com are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record.

1. 14-Day Refund Guarantee

In accordance with Paddle buyer terms and applicable consumer and business protection laws, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

2. Registry Acceptance & Technical Guarantee

If a compiled ILCD+EPD .zip or Environdec .xlsx package downloaded from EPDXML fails technical import or schema validation on your target EN 15804+A2 registry (including ÖKOBAUDAT, IBU, Environdec, INIES, EPDItaly, or ECO Portal) and we cannot resolve the formatting issue promptly, we will issue a full 100% refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@epdxml.com with your order receipt or transaction reference, or contact Paddle Buyer Support directly via the link in your email receipt.
